i LOVE my paper shredder. one of the best gifts i have ever received. for sure in the top 3.
so while shredding is great, and an eco-friendly no electricity shredder is admirable, this hamster cage / shredder combo invention is pure coco loco!

shredding is always good advice.
but, it seems to require a larger animal than a hamster (i mean, maybe i shred more than most, but this hamster will take forever).
what about a NYC subway rat?
you are correct. it's actually only a prototype since it apparently takes 45 mins to shred a single sheet of paper.
i'm not keen on the rats, but feel free to keep a caged one in your apartment if you like.
