so, i get it. it's winter. it's chilly out. so when there is even the slightest bit of a hit of spring everyone gets excited.
that said, it's still winter, it was only 57.6° out in nyc on friday and it was tourist hell in times square. but it's still no excuse for shorts & mandals. (note the couple on the left in matching black puffy coats).

but everyone has different body temps!!! i am actually usually cold, but even i nearly broke out the flip flops.
