let the baking begin

seasonal fruit means seasonal baking! this week's attempt was a strawberry clafouti from sunset magazine:



technically, however, it's a flaugnarde. apparently a clafouti is made only with cherries and any other fruit must be called something else.

either way, the recipe was insanely easy and pretty tasty. could use a touch more sugar, but nevertheless - yum!
