admirable, but coco loco (dessert edition)

not sure about this one. sure there's dessert wine. and then there is a little after dinner sorbet to cleanse the palate. but this "wine cellar sorbet," while an admirable attempt to combine the two, seems a bit coco loco. especially with the "eat wine" call to action.
